| As a new customer, I had a great experience at this car shop. Peter is incredibly nice and welcoming, right from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. After my car was diagnosed, he took the time to clearly explain what was going on and gave helpful suggestions without being pushy. You can really tell he cares about your budget capabilities and he'll give suggestions on what's best for the customer, not just making sale. If you're looking for honest service and someone who genuinely wants to help you, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back! |

| When I had a flat tire just a few blocks from Champlain Service, I limped into the garage and the staff was very friendly, helpful, I would go back because of the staff. |
